i just did a sex wee :surprised:
omg!!!
it looks awesome :D
full colour LCD looks like a very nice addition.
gonna be pricy though? :(
about £150 then? :(Quote:
The Logitech G19 keyboard for gaming is expected to be available in the U.S. and Europe in March (Burfda' time) for a suggested retail price of $199.99.
that'll be very very useful in games and in just normal desktop more :)Quote:
The tiltable, 320-by-240-pixel display provides valuable in-game information for over sixty games, including World of Warcraft (requires installation of included Logitech GamePanel software).

hell yeh i bet around the £100-150 mark
What's the point of the screen?
Does look sweet, as Thorsson I'm not sure how useful it will be though.
well i use some plugins on my g15 to display net stats, cpu and memory usage along with teamspeak so i can see who it is talking, it has its uses and i would miss the keyboard screen now ive had it a couple of years
Bloody hell I just bought a Logitech Illuminated Keyboard and MX1100 before christmas and now this comes out... go figure.
The keyboard looks cool but the G9 and the headset are about as ugly as it gets
Want
g9 is a really good rat to use :)
cant call it a mouse its far to fugly
Bah!! My G11 is good enough for most things - especially since it cost me only £25!! :)
£150 is a bit excessive for a normal keyboard. If it were one that even had some keys with displays in them I could understand a £150 to £200 pricetag!!
Optimus Maximus is approximately 1057 Euro/Pounds.
Still dont get this.... its a g15 V1 with a d pad+ colour screen, does it deserve the 3x price? No.
That g13 or what ever it is(the hand unit) is a waste of cash aswell at like £70, get a saitek cybord command unit for £20 and its about the same :P.
LOL, no wonder i'd been finding it difficult to find info on this, i'd been searching for it under the name that engadget orignally thought it'd be called. >< the g18.
I can't wait for it and seriously tempted to get one, i was going to get a g15 this month anyway before i heard about this. So glad i haven't spent any of the money people gave me for christmas yet.
$200 for a keyboard?!:surprised: I get £300+ graphics cards, can even deal with £50 mice, but come on!
Does look awesome tho
?????? It costs £1000+ since it has OLED displays . If it had monochrome LCD displays then it would be far cheaper. If you are just reassigning keys a monochrome LCD is good enough. :stupid: I also said if it had some of the keys at least had this function then the high price would be partially justified. With high prices like this no wonder Logitech is cutting over 10% of its global workforce!!
IMHO anything over £70 for a mouse or keyboard is excessive unless it is made of fancy materials or has some major innovations. Considering that the G18 is just a massed produced plastic keyboard which is just essentially a £50 G15 with a cheapo colour LCD panel £150 is too high a price!!
Pity about the typewriter style, tall, fat keys :(. I'm curious if it uses mechanical switches or a membrane system for the keys. I prefer large, flat, low travel keys (notebook style) else it'd consider it.
Looks like you're going to need large desk to fit that mammoth keyboard.
