Basic GFX card with DVI needed

I have another trip to scan tomorrow to return my FAIL compro TV card, need to pick up a cheap pci-e card that has DVI on it for my sisters pc, anybody think of something that will do the job ? Must be able to support HD playback although im pretty sure most stuff would ?

She wont game on it (has a 360), it is literally so we can free the vga port up on her lcd lg TV so she has use the xbox 360-vga cable on it

Get the 8400gs from that list although I would spend the touch extra for a 8500
