    Replacing the DVD drive in a Samsung Q70 Laptop

    Hi there,

    I've got a Samsung Q70 laptop with a faulty DVD drive.

    I have a spare DVD drive lying about but I cannot figure out how to remove the one in the laptop.

    I have found a screw underneath which is labeled CD / DVD and I have tried unscrewing that however I still can not slide the drive out.

    Does anybody have any idea how to remove?

    Google for the way to dismantle.
    Nearly all laptops have had a guide made for them.
