Shuttle remote control
Hi everybody- I'm just to buy an intel based shuttle and was interested in
buying the shuttle remote control to go with it. Having not seen any reviews
of it anywhere, i was just wondering whether it is any good?
Has anyone who's bought it found it a useful and worthwhile gizmo?
Another thing, Iam thinking of buying the SB75G2 model and I am interested in whether it has the new silenx 250 watt psu included. The shuttle website appears to be a bit ambiguous with this fact, the blurb saying this new technology will be incroporated into new shuttles, the models spec quoting a silentx 220 watt psu with a 250 watt as an accessory. What exactly does the cae feature?
Any response wouldbe much appreciated
Thanks in advance

I recently purchased the Shuttle Remote, and have only ever used it with a non Shuttle SFF system on Windows XP. I purchased it second hand, and have been reassured by other suppliers that it doesn't require any drivers, just plug and play. Here's what I found out that works with it:
The mouse cursor control big button
The left click button
The right click button
The power off button
The stop button (for playback)
...and thats it!!! The volume buttons (which is one of the main reasons I got it for) does not work. And once I press the Stop button, pressing Play on the remote give no response.
I have an ATi remote control, and to be honest, its much better, and the ATi software lefts you program in macros the keys so you can do much more.
I haven't tried this in my Shuttle SN41G2, and I really hope it will give me much better results.

Works perfectly with both my SS51G and SS51B.

Works flawlessly for me on any PC with WinXP...
