what dvd rw should i buy??

Slightly OT - been thinking about buying NEC2500 OEM
What sw do you need to get to write to dvd (already have cd writing sw) & how much will that cost?

Theres loads of CD/DVD programs that work with the NEC oem drives ( the 1's I have ) I personally use the following to burn discs ;

Nero
Burnatonce ( www.burnatonce.com - free and great )
DVDDecrypter - easy as pie

Thats the only 3 media tools I have and they seem to get 99.99% of the jobs done

svp are doing the liteon 8x for £60 which seems a good deal. my cdrw is a liteon and never had problems.

is this one worth considering as it's a tss up between this and the nec2500a

I just ordered the Toshiba one from ebuyer, £46 is good value for money.
