You could get the SK7 for £16 from extreeme cooling and add a quiet 80mm fan for a few quid.
Or maybe the aero lite, but I heard there pretty loud?

Well I just read an older thread and have ordered a "Spire 5F271B1L3 FalconRock II" for £9.91 inc. Good value I think. It has an 80MM fan, so it's immediately quieter. It's 10dba quieter and pushes a little bit more air than my current one, so yeah
