Just had 1 of my 7200.10 go, went to the seagate site for rma, a number of selections, I chose the

UPS Derby
SEAGATE TECHNOLOGY


I take it that is united parcels and they will forward it to Holland, anybody been through a recent seagate rma

did one a few weeks ago and it took just over a week from starting the rma to getting a replacement drive, It would have been even quicker if I'd posted the faulty drive off sooner.
I also used the derby address btw

ups are good with stuff like that, HP use them to ship spares from holland and 99% of the time there at the depot the next morning.
