not sure if you have solved the problems but just would like you to know that i had my linksys wifi next to the gpu on the fan side and it must have been a few months later and i had to send that card back. i think it must have been overheating cuz the damn thing kept restarting. i tried a different card, same results so i decided to put the wifi card on the otherside of the gpu. so far no major problems.

also for the static noise, you were unlucky!! i first thought that it was the mobo or the on-board audio. didnt like the case anyway, sold it and bought a stacker. i've been enjoying a static free front audio ever since.

Yer the noise was minimal and you could probably live with it just for normal gaming or listening to audio as it kinda drown it out, but the rear ports have perfect sound so I figured I'd never use the front ports over the back anyway.

Just gotta cross my fingers that the gpu fan won't effect the card in the long term. I personally can't see it being a prob as most of the heat it disapated through the heatsinks/exhaust I think.
