Installing 2.5" hard drive inside a Shuttle

Ahoy lads, I have a Shuttle SD30G2, and am looking to install a 2.5" laptop drive inside it. Looking at the drive cage, I can see a smaller HD will require some sort of adapter or special enclosure. I haven't looked inside the retail box for the shuttle since it's up in the attic, so I came here for some advice.

Do you have a 2.5" drive installed or do you know of any tutorials?

You could always put sewing elastic in there and use that to suspend it.
