Cant find the CD here and the only place the tool seems to exist is on the original cd...

The last two links are for XP and Vista 32 bit. They BOTH contain the links for ordering the software cd for the 2600n only and also contain download links for the full software package for the 2600n. The software is over 200mb in size though.

We use the 2600 series(and related ones) at work and it is easy to get hold of the software just by going on the HP website.

The toolbox isnt in the so called complete package tho, gonna have to scrat around and see if I can find the damned CD's...

Why don't you contact HP UK and they maybe able to send you the actual CD with the software you need. Just explain the problem to them.

Wanna try everything before I contact the idiot board readers at HP that'll say swap the fuser unit, swap the cartridges, swap the media, calibrate the printer etc etc...
