get a nice Abit for £70 though
OK, I've just ordered the Abit IP35 Pro XE from Scan, it's a little bit more expensive, but I want a decent motherboard that can cope with what I've got. This seems to be the best board in that range.

Now I just need to get a new PSU. I like the look of the OCZ that Cat linked, but sadly their free delivery is up to 5 days, I don't really wanna wait that long or pay £10 for delivery (although it's still only £69) and the only alternative and decent option I can see with Scan is a 550w Corsair VX. I've heard good things about them, but they are £69 with free del, so which of the two would be better?

    OCZ 500W Mod XStream Pro PSU - £59 + £10 del
550w Corsair VX Series PSU - £69 inc del

Probably should've made a new thread about this, but hopefully I'll get some quick(ish) answers.

If you want modular go with the OCZ.If this is not as important the Corsair will be the better. TBH Supersaver postage from Ebuyer has been quicker than the Scan free postage in many cases for people on these forums. They both use Citylink.

    Re: New Motherboard Needed

Hmm, well every order I've placed with Scan before 5pm has been delivered the next day, so I'm happy to use them. Anyway, I went for a modular Corsair model, little bit more but I like the idea of modular PSU's so much I'm willing to pay the extra tenner or so.
