    1.312v is the maximum Intel says that the E1400 can handle:

    in the BOIS it says that the CPU is; CPU Vcore 1.320?

    Cheers guys, I missed the CPU-Z mobo screenshot
    After spending ages trying to download the manual I can't seem to get anywhere. The download site always redirects me to MSI Global...

    If you've got a manual read through it watforddude. Anyway the VCore set in bios will probably be lower when looked at in CPU-Z. Maybe by 0.2v and under load there will be VDroop so it might get even lower. I'd say you'd probably be alright going to 1.375v as long as your load temps don't pass 60-65c.

    Unfourtunetly i cant find how to change the voltages anywhere in the BIOS i have looked absolutly everywhere, are the any programs that you can change the voltages through?

    Not really. Is your system pre-built?

    If so that's whats limiting your overclocking.
