Make of DDR1?
CPU - with or without heatsink? Around £10ish without heatsink.
Mobo - £25ish
GPU - £30ish (but I haven't a clue about GPUs)
CPU with heat sink and fan.
DDR1 is generic stuff at 400mhz

Would I be best selling the stuff as a bundle?
Maybe the cpu, mobo and ram together?

bundle first, then seperate if it doesnt sell would be the best idea, lots of people need ddr1 however
How much for the bundle? Say £60 excluding the gfx card? or should I include the gfx card too?

If I was you I'd sell the CPU & mobo as a bundle, and sell the RAM & GFX separately. Remember that one can buy a new mobo with equally performing processor for ~ £50 - £60, whereas 2GB of DDR400 RAM could be attractive to someone (like me, for instance) as an upgrade to an old machine (particularly given that for most day to day office tasks an old Athlon XP or P4 is still up to the task, and it's memory that tends to bottleneck older machines....). As a guide, Ebuyer currently sells 1GB sticks of generic DDR400 for £27 each....

I would sell the CPU, MB & Ram. You might get a good price for the ram on it's own but then who would buy a MB & CPU with a hard to source ram?
