I'd go for the NF7-S if I had the choice again, seems to be popular amongst these guys, though my A7N8X-E has no troubles (after a bit of fiddling) with it.
DFI Infinity apparently overclocks very well indeed, some people have hit 270fsb on them!. £62+del from Ebuyer. Good features too, has 4x SATA sockets and Soundstorm audio .

I think Guru Review did a test using the DFI board as they said it was the best.
