Shuttle XPC SP35P2Pro

I bought one of these over a month ago and i cant seem to get the sound to work at all. I have read a few other threads where people have had trouble with DVDs but i am getting nothing at all. I have tried downloading all the drivers from the official site but they all fail with an error.
Anyone know whats up?

Have you checked the BIOS to make sure it is not disabled?? Also with my SD37P2 under Vista I occasionally had issues with sound when using the rear panel. The best thing is to open up the Realtek audio configuration panel and try a few different settings.

Yeah i checked in the BIOS and everything was enabled. I was trying to find a forum on the Shuttle website but it just keeps bringing me around in circles.
