According to the manual on Asus website it supports 0,1,5,10 + Jbod

I would strongly recommend against using motherboard software RAID5, if you planning on overclocking. Any tiny bit of instability will kill your array and you can lose hundreds of GBs of data. RAID1 is fine though. And to a certain extend RAID0 is alright too.
