USB display and keyboard - does it exist?
Hi All,
Like many of you I have a few Windows servers to look after. Some of them are headless, and don't have access to a KVM. Is there something which will plug into my laptop at one end and the display/keyboard/mouse at the other end and give me a virtual desktop?
RDP isn't an option for me, and the only workaround I've found is to physically plug a monitor, keyboard and mouse in which is a royal PITA.
Cheers..

do the server have ILO / remote support cards?

Some do, some don't.
The point is that I'm after some sort of dongle which will let me do what I can do with a serial cable on *ix - except being Windows, it obviously has to be visual.

Not exactly what I was looking for, but close enough! I'll get one and report back.....
Thanks...

Saw this in our reception, and was rather impressed with it.
