    What should i upgrade?

Hi have been debating on which part of my computer to upgrade,at the moment i have the following

    E6600 overclocked to 3.2 ghz
    2 gig corsair ram
    bfg 680 sli mobo
    bfg 8800 gtx
    2X 150gb velociraptor in raid 0
    1 x 500gb seagate 7200.11
    750w silvertone psu
    24 dell moniter 1920-1200
primary useage is gaming and media encoding.the 8800gtx has been great up until recently where quite few games i've had to drop aa and to lower resolution to get good frame rates, generally have have multiple windows open and like to alt-tab alot, also if am encoding i carn't do anything as the computer slows down alot.
so my question is should upgrade my cpu or gpu
    gpu i was considering is
bfg 275 gtx oc or wait for new single pcb 295?
cpu 8400 and oc it or new core i7 rig?
would like as much futureproofing as posible as the current rig which i bought when core duo came out and has lasted me good 2 years so far.

or perhaps i should wait till win7 is out and newer hardware will be out?

    regards zia

4GB of RAM should do it. And buy the CUDA transcoding tool (if you haven't already), which will offload most of the transcoding workload to your 8800.

You can download the demo for yourself and see.. I don't do much transcoding these days so I haven't had the need.
