    AMD cooler+paste=which one?

hi, to cut a long story short i was putting a new case fan in my pc and somehow managed to snap half a blade of my cpu fan, so now it cibrates and is very loud. so i am now needing a new HSF+Paste for my XP2000+ that is at 2.1gb atm. i would like to also reduce the temp a bit from 45-55 it's at now.

so whats a good cooler and past not wanting to spend more than £15-£20 on both.

must be from ebuyer as i've got a free postage voucher and am getting some stuff from them anyway.

    thanks.

oh i also want a couple of case fans as i have also managed to snap half a blade on my only case fan cutting my hand in the process on the cpu fan
