Hit a memory limit, recommend a set of memory?

Have been testing overclocking of my new Q9550.
The CPU have great potential, easily hitting 3.7Ghz without needing to push voltage past 1.3V (BIOS, 1.22V CPU-Z).

I'm hitting a wall where with 1:1 none of my 3 sets of memory would reach DDR2-900 at ANY timing.
Could anyone suggest what memory to get. As my rig is tuned for low noise I would prefer not to use any memory that require more than 2.15V.

Going to be used in an Asus P5E (Flashed to Rampage Formula).

    Cheers
    Arthur

Re: Hit a memory limit, recommend a set of memory?

Well its pot luck but i have 4gb (2x2) crucial ballistic pc6400 cas4 and ive got them at 1000mhz+ at 1.95v at cas 4 or cas5 (havent check recently but i set it to either of them). But to me safer id get ones with pc8500 maybe.

I did have to have my ram cooled with an OCZ thing(like the corsair dominator cooler) as it wasnt stable at stock(everything bar cas 5).
