Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax help!

Evening chaps,


Need to find a Printer, Scanner, Copier, Fax etc. for my Grandparents.

Requirements:

Needs to be able to handle a relatively high duty cycle - it is for business as well as personal use.
Needs to be able to do everything a mid range printer would be able to do - personal stuff like photos, general home type things - so black and white isn't really an option, nor is a laser unless they have got massively cheaper ;)
Needs to be reasonably economical to run, purchase price isn't overly important though don't want to spend more than necessary.


Brand wise my first thought was HP, not particularly worried if it is another brand, just avoid Lexmark please :)


Any help much appreciated - it has been a while since I've had to look at printers, so a little out of touch :(
