    Gigabyte EP45-DS3L

Anybody have any recommendations on the Gigabyte EP45-DS3L?

Decided to upgrade my ancient 3500+ system as the mobo has just about died...

Looking at getting a 2nd hand E6600, along with a new solid overclockers board and ram. I'm set on the E6600, rather have it than both the E5200 and E7400. Not sure on the RAM yet, will look at that later, but atm I'm stuck on the motherboard to get. I've seen a few reviews floating around and most lead back to either an ASUS or GIGABYTE setup, and as I'm a big gigabyte fan I figured i'd stick with them.

Basically looking at spending around £80 on a board, must have good overclockability, have plenty of sata ports and onboard audio. RAID or onboard VGA isn't necessary. Also looking at DDR2 ram, although this board also supports DDR3, which gives me headroom for upgrade. Might even be tempted to get DDR3 ram straight up if I can source a bargain!

So any recommendations on what board to get, currently I'm set on the Gigabyte EP45-DS3L.

I used the EP43 version for a friends build but for my personal last build I used the Biostar TP45 HP - Clicky £88, very nice board with some good bios features.

Hmm, I'm abit skeptical as to whether to go to an unknown (ish) brand over Gigabyte...

Looking at reviews that board is an overclocking monster with core 2 duos...
