my second montior just turned back and white out of no where. its a delll s2409W, via DVI, but my PS3 which is hooked up via HDMI is in colour, my DGM 24" is my primary monitor is fine. i have a 4870, tried allt he drivers between 9.2-9.5, no luckany help?
I take it you tried pulling the cable out of both ends, removing any dust and reattaching it?
it's DVI.. the cable will be fine. with DVI it either receives the signal or it doesn't.

DVI is made up of separate channels of data. If one of these isn't received, but others are it can cause for certain sections of colour to be missing.
It's quite easy for me to partly pull out and angle my DVI socket that makes the screen go a funky solid colour
welli went into CCC and found saturation on the second DVI port was set to 0 lol, so i increaced that and i was fine
