Question Athlon 64 - Motherboard recommendation

    Please help a n00b

As subject really, looking for a good mobo for A64 3200+. Not too bothered on price, but don't want to pay extra for tat I ain't gonna use. Also is the retail HSF on the A64 3200 ok, or is it worth getting OEM cpu and different HSF

Currently have unlocked Barton XP2500+ stable at 191x10.5 default vcore on ASUS A7N8X Deluxe v1.6

Parts to carry over from that are:

    Herc 9700Pro
    2x512Mb XMS3500 DDR433
    80Gb Maxtor DM9 PATA
    120GB Maxtor DM9 PATA
    80Gb Seagate Barracuda V PATA
    16x DVD rom
    550W Q-Tech PSU

Also have an unused SB Audigy card knockin' about too.

Many thanks to all who reply

Unless you feel like waiting for SiS 755 chipset motherboards, or the supposedly improved nForce3 350 (as opposed to 150) , then it has to be the Asus K8V Deluxe or Abit KV8 MAx3, both with the Via K8T800 chipset.

    CoolerMaster Centurion w 2x120mm | Thermaltake 420W PSU

Have ordered ASUS K8V and Retail A64 3200+ from tekheads.

Am assuming there is little difference between the K8V and the K8V-SE Deluxe, apart from the wi-fi slot? (at least it seems that way according to the spec sheets!)

Another vote here for the KV8 MAX3, very solid mobo good for a little o/c as well, mine tops out at 222FSB.
Lots of goodies, the secure IDE is good for keeping files safe.
