Wireless LAN laptop users!

I got a favour to ask, it'll only take 5 mins.

If you've got a mini PCI-E wireless LAN card installed in your laptop (most modern laptops have one) and running Vista, I'd like you to run this tool:

DPC Latency Checker

Run it for ~3 mins with the wireless card enabled, you don't need to be connected to a network. Report back with your machine spec, wireless card model, the absolute maximum DPC value and a rough average DPC value, a screen cap would be nice but not necessary.

No one seems to know exactly which wireless LAN cards aren't affected by DPC latency spiking issues. DPC spikes cause clicks and pops in audio as well as stuttering video playback. Disable the wireless LAN card and the DPC spikes stop, but that means no streaming media over wireless LAN.

My Dell Vostro 1400 suffers from DPC spikes due to the Dell 1395 WLAN card, I'm seeking a replacement, I need your help!

Using Intel's 3945 ABG on Dell D420. Not as bad as your's but still quite few spikes into 4k-6k area.

using a intel 3945abg on a thinkpad t60p i get spikes of 2800us every 7000us

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 1525 with 4965AGN and my max latency is 6374 over 20 minutes. Most of the red spikes are well under 4000 otherwise
