Best Keyboard and Speaker combination for £100
I'm looking to update my peripherals on my laptop. My laptop spends 80% of it's time on my desk and I spend most of that time playing games, listening to music and internet browsing
I want a pair of speakers to fulfill my music needs. I thought a few weeks ago that 5.1 would be the best "because there are more of them" but now I think that high end ish 2.1 > low end 5.1
I've seen the Logitech Z-4 and they are around £44 on Amazon which is a bargain!

As far as Keyboards go, I run on a dual screen setup. And I find that when gaming, I have to take longer breaks then normal when doing long sessions because of eye strain by sitting to near the screen. So by using a external keyboard, I would be further away from the screen and therefore prevent eye strain
So I LOVE the look of the Razer Lycosa and on scan it's £53 which brings my total under budget

What other speaker and keyboards would you suggest?
Appreciate your help
Re: Best Keyboard and Speaker combination for £100
I reccomend the Logitech X-230 2.1 or X-530 speakers, they are only around £30, for the 2.1's and £55 for the 5.1's (Thats if you can find them in stock)
They are amazing speakers for the price, good bass aswell.
Each satellite hits the low and high frequencys perfectly.
For reference I bought the 2.1 speaker set.
Re: Best Keyboard and Speaker combination for £100
If I were going for a pair of speakers I would go for either of the following:

However to keep within your budget I would look at getting the Creative Gigaworks T20 Series II and Microsoft Reclusa:

The T20 speakers have a soft dome tweeter and a kevlar midrange unit which is quite impressive for the price. They have a good review:

The Logitech G15 can be had from Ebuyer for £50.
Re: Best Keyboard and Speaker combination for £100
I love the styling of the razer keyboard hence why I think i've got my heart set on it :P
and i would prefer the 2.1 speakers over the 2.0 because I listen to a lot of drum and bass and trance music hence I think a subwoofer would be needed
Re: Best Keyboard and Speaker combination for £100
I would probably look at getting the keyboard first and saving some more cash for the Acoustic Energy Aego M IMHO. They have got fantastic reviews and even the satellites are made of alloy too! :)
