    upgrade or not

    ive just ordered an ASUS P5Q-E & Q9550 & Corsair Dominator DDR2 (4gb 2x2gb)

i was going to sell my pc insides on (E6600 & 4x1gb Geil low latency ddr2 & ASUS P5B Deluxe)

but ive been reading issues (as u do) about the combo ive got the doubt has not settled as to wether i should use my P5B Deluxe and new ram with the the Q9550 and see how it goes rather than the P5Q-E?

any thoughts, am i just being silly

That combo should work with no problems. Not sure why you brought new ram.
