    intellimouse RMAing?

    Heylo,

    A while back there was talk of how you can phone up microsoft, send off your old v1 intellimouse explorer and get a brand new v3 one... seeing as i now have a spare v1 mouse i'm tempted to get it upgraded, but i have no idea of the phone number, anyone know it?

    i used search 'microsoft rma' didnt come up with a number tho

    cheers for the number da_ging, might give them a call tomorrow if i have time before college.. do i just say its going funny and being stupid then ? how long does it take them to send a new one, and will it still be under warranty (i bought it when they first came out - retail rather than oem tho)
