Canon Pixma MP610 alternative bluetooth adapter

I have just bought a refurbished Canon MP610 from the Canon outlet on eBay - it was the PCPro best buy until it got superseded - being economical to run, among other things appealed to me.

I saw that it supports a USB bluetooth adapter (supplied by Canon and it's nearly half what I paid for the printer). Anyway, having a Trust Ultra small adapter in my spares drawer, I tried it. And it works! :).

I couldn't find any other references on here to alternative BT adapters, so here's my two penn'orth...
