    Very Noisy - Hydrocool

I would be interested in hearing about just how noisy your hydrocool is - I recently got one and must confess I am very dissapointed in the noise levels (and yes, it is in whisper mode - turbo mode sounds like a jet engine has started in my room!)

I am wondering if it is supposed to be that noisey or if maybe mine has some 'issues' and may need a trip back to the store.. :-(

    Cheers,

    Matt.

I've a hydrocooler EX 200 as well with the new northbridge and GPU attachments soon winging their way to me

The turbo mode is a little noisy but compared to my old fans in the PC it is a godsend.

At the moment - mines running @ 22-23 degrees on the LCD but thats as its on the windowsill sucking the cooler air from outside onto the radiator.

TOP TIP ** want a nice fresh room ? clip a car air-freshener such as the glade auto-freshner to the air intake grill and await the nice aroma's that come from the hydrocooler

If you get the right parts it doesnt cost as much but will still be silent and perform very well. Kits are not the right parts...

The watercooling market is VERY small and so far theres only a few companys that are acctually making decent products. People expect everything with watercooling written on the box to do well, most of it is ****e

I've just spoken to a contact @ Corsair and the northbridge and GPU attachments for the hydrocooler are winging their way to me.

I've just got to wait for them to arrive now
