AMD 2500+ OC's
hehehehehe first post in a section of a forum....
NOW TO THE POINT!!!
What have you got you AMD Athlon XP 2500+ to?
ME?
i have go mine to 213*11 (2343) @1.725 v and my ram at the same with 2-3-3-7 timings and no voltage change! and to top it off STOCK COOLING!
WHAT'S YOUR BEST...
(to know that i have reach semi stable speeds i run the CPU TotalTest (omega artifact tester thingy) for half an hour and play battlefield 1942 DC for an hour....)
-
well my super locked barton 2500+ is running at 2.2 ghz or 3200+ speeds at stock volts with no noticable increase in temps in my shuttle sn45g :D , i reckon it can go a bit faster but i'm gonna wait till the weekend till i start fiddleing

I can get 2.35 out of mine but i run it at 3200+ speeds on stock voltage.
-
2.45Ghz (12*204), 1.85v. Stable only for gaming, but for folding or priming, fails dismally.
But for day to day, I run it between 2.2-2.3Ghz at 1.675-1.7v.

All I did was stick mine at 200FSB instead of 166.....
All 3 of the ones I've had have done this with a little voltage increase...
-
mine was doing 11x200 at 1.65v but i just got a new stick of ram today and ive just had a couple of hours play and ive got it running at 11x215 at 1.8v = 2.365MHz timings 11-3-3-2.5 ill have more time over the weekend as well
-
got it up to 11x210 yesterday at 1.75v , ya reckon its worth trying to push it higher ?
-
Rod911... Are you running your PC2700 memory at 400MHz along with the processor?
-
Yup. Kingston stick can get up to 215Mhz with those very same timings listed in my sig and 2.8v. But ever since getting the 9800SE, it only goes up to 205Mhz.
