NEW motherboard time.

Currently looking for a new motherboard:

Must have the following:

Socket 775
PCI-E 2.0 (as i have a 4870x2)
DDR2-1066 (as my ram is at that)
4-6 SATA ports
4-6 USB ports on the back
At least 1 esata port
Optical out (at least 6 channel)

Good overclock ability and stability, especially from cold boots.
Inbuilt wifi could be a nice addition.

Was looking at maybe a p45 or p43 based board. X38's and X48's are a bit pricey for me.

Wouldn't mind buying 2nd hand if anyone knows any good deals.

Would very much like to hear from people who have had a particular board on an overclock, and how stable it is.

How is the gigabyte ga-ep45-ds3p compared to the asus p5q turbo?

I currently have a gigabyte ga-ep35-ds3, and although it is good at overclocking etc, i find that on a cold boot, it boots with the correct overclock, but then resets a few seconds after, then goes back to default settings.
