What Budget do you have?
AMD offically recommends at least a 650w PSU to run the card, the reference design cards need 1x6pin and 1x8pin connectors. http://ati.amd.com/products/certifie...rsupplies.html
Corsairs PSU finder recommends a HX620 or above to run a heavily overclocked setup. http://www.corsair.com/
I'd imagine a corsair 650tx would run that setup nicely.
I agree - a good branded 620 - 650ish watt PSU should be good
the TX650 is a good psu but, gets noisy after you start to ramp the wattage used up
Take a look at the OCZ 600w ModxStream for around £65, Modular, efficient and if you are only having the one gfx card in your puter then, it's excellent
just my experience working with these psu's
I ran a setup almost identical to that, the Q6600 was at 3.4Ghz and 1.5V. I ran it all off a Corsair HX 520W, no complaints at all from the unit. Power draw at a.c. was about 450W max load, factoring in efficiency loss that works out about 380-390W max from the unit itself.
Anything from a decent brand between 550-650W would be fine, Corsair, Be Quiet, enermax, OCZ ModXtreme etc will all do you fine, whichever you can get the best price on.
