hi
whats your comps temps?
my brothers are cpu 60 board 32 is this a bit high this is at idle
he has a 2600+ amd chip and stock cooling not o/c
i have an amd 2800 barton and my idle temps are about 42-44.then in game about 46-49c mobo is about 22-26
I hav an XP2500 barton in my gaming rig o/clocked to 11x210 cooled with an SLK800 & 80mm sunon. Idle @38-40 & 46-48 under stress. 60 seems mighty high. Might be worth checking the seating & adequacy of the cooler, good thermal paste coverage & case ventilation.
I have about 45 at idle, with 1800+ overclocked to 11.5x166 and a Zalman Flower. Haven't checked stress temperatures for a while, and have pretty poor case ventilation. Just how much difference can a decent case and fans make?
-15idle, -10-12 full load.....vapochilled ;)
thing is its a advent 3214 never even had the case open until about ten minutes ago
everything as it left pc world
58c/136.4ctd does anyone know what td means
Three machines, all on full load 24/7 (UD), two @ 48C CPU average, 32C Case average, one @ 43C CPU average, Case 30C average.
2 x Lian Li PC60 Cases, 1 x Antec SX1030 Case, various combinations of fans & coolers. All AMD XP CPU's. Average room temp (central heating) 68 to 75F
If the computer is stable, then I don't worry about temps. But if you must know, 11*209 (1.725v), 4400RPMs, AS5, 58C under load.
gpu is at 24c under load. Cpu and nb are air cooled atm and so temps are nothing specail.... cpu under load is 43 thats with slk800 at ~15-20cfm
Current setup is a XP1700+ running at 2.3@1.65v idle temp is 37c load is around the 42c mark
2400+ at 3200+ (see sig) runs at about 43-44 idle, 49-50 under load. System temps are between 23 and 27
Its not td, its ctd, and thats centigrade.Quote:
