Chieftec make/sell a short atx PSU for use in there small mATX cases, it's not on there site but I know they make them
I've found the 270w version but I know they do a 350w one as well, not sure if it goes any higher

Seasonic used to make PSUs that size as well

I bought one of these last week. Just got the ruler out and measured a depth of 140mm.

Is it as quiet as the reviews say it is?

TBH, I can't tell any difference from the thermaltake one i took out. I'm running a stock intel cooler & 2 x80mm case fans all from the motherboard. I was concerned about the breadth of the Be-Quiet PSU so ended up going for the nexus on that basis alone. But its certainly smaller, so as you said will help with airflow too. Not that temps are a problem.
Thanks again for the advice, better sell some stuff now top ay for it all
