Antec Smartpower 350W + 9800 Pro

Can anyone confirm that this PSU will be OK running a 9800 Pro?

Depends on what else you have running on it, if you have 50 x 15k Hard disks its gonna struggle for example.

ok say for example, running a maximum of a CDRW-DVD combo drive, NF7-s, xp2800+ and one hard disk.

It might be ok but really you should get a 430w min with seperate rails. If you already have this psu then keep it as it should do the job but if you havent id suggest the CWT 450w from scan for £30.

You will have no problems at all with a top psu like that mate. Nothing to worry about :)

fact that its an antec means it is a top psu and the 350w shouldnt matter unless u really go too far e.g "50 x 15k hard drives"
