Ok. So this is a final check to make sure everything will work before I order....

    CPU: AMD x3 720 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/159071
    MoBo: Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/GIGAB...770T-UD3P-MOBO
    RAM: Corsair DDR3 4GB http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/4GB-%...d-CAS-9-9-9-24
    HD: Seagate 500GB http://www.ebuyer.com/product/158860
    PSU: 500W Silverstone http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/500W-...n-Dual-plus12V
    Case: http://www.scan.co.uk/product.aspx?ProductId=22365
    DVD writer: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/LG-GH...SATA-Black-OEM

    Re: Final Check

I think that you might be right on the PSU. Send another £20 and get one of these.

Apart from that, pretty good system. Just remember, if you plan to unlock the fourth core it is not assured, there is a chance it won't unlock, so if you're buying tri to go quad, just buy quad in the first place.

    Re: Final Check

I would get this RAM as you can run it at lower latencies at 1333mhz:

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/4GB-(...ered-CAS-9-DHX

I would get a Samsung HD322HJ as it is a faster single platter job:

    Otherwise get this one:

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/500-G...MB-Cache-89-ms

The Corsair VX550W or the HX450W will do the job for a power supply:
