I would look at getting 3 of the standard Noctua FLX fans:
1.)Two for the top of the case
2.)One for front of the case as the airflow does not look too impeded as you do not have many cards.

I would also look at getting some cables ties to organise the loose cables in your case better:

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Search.aspx?q=cable+ties
I have many cable ties, and sticky pad effort things to help with the routing of cables, the cables on the hx520 aint long enough for the tidying ide be happy with.

As you can see in this thread..

Im a fan of a tidy pc .

Also cat..can the noctua's be used with the zalman ZM-MFC1 Plus controller ?

I don't see why the fan controller would have any incompatibilities with the Noctua fans as it is a voltage controller and should not be specific to any particular fan.

Just a word of warning, never trust/compair different manufactors numbers on fans.
db is a relative scale and it doesn't inculde the pitch of the sound.
There's no standard testing system ether so the resaults can vary greatly.

Yep,you make a good point! However in my experience both Noctua and Scythe do make reasonably decent fans and as long as you choose the right models for the job at hand they will be fine. Also mounting the fans properly can also be important with regards to noise. Using a rubber surround or rubber grommets does help isolate the fan from the case as some cases tend to resonate more or magnify sounds more than others.

The only problem with Noctua is that they are ugly. I guess they assume that if you build is silent, then you wont have a case window.
