apparently "TVTMD.EXE is part of MemoryMeter and known spyware. Tick fix in the box for TVTMD.EXE (May be TVMD.EXE on some older versions) "

get ad-aware from www.download.com - that should be able to clear it up

I used Startupcpl (another post here at Hexus) to help get the old PC running a bit quicker and noticed it.

Couldnt delete it cos it was in use.

So used Startupcpl to NOT use it...rebooted and deleted it.

I use Spybot Search and Destroy instead of adaware - though both are supposed to be ok. Its amazing how much S*&t gets on your PC.
