Don't know whether it's been sorted with a BIOS update, but the P4S800D only allowed +0.1V on the Vcore on release and didn't clock too well either in the reviews I saw.
Either way, you want to be using either 2 or 4 sticks of RAM otherwise you'll force whichever you use into single channel memory mode.
Found this link, might b of use??

They tested bot the p4p800 & the p4s800 boards side by side.
thanks guys for replys ..it dont seam like i got good boards ..
can anyone tell me the best board to have p4 side for clocking thanks
The p4p800 should be ok for 250fsb+ I've seen reviews where they got them upto 280mhz, so I'd see how far it'll go before splashing out on a new board
P4C800 is ment to be the best for clocking ... my P4P800 got 250Mhz stable.
