    what mobo should i use out of the two i got please

    hi guys


    ok got a asus p4p800 & p4s800d ok now i have a p4 2.8 to run in whitch one do i use as i would like to overclock it ..

    all so i will put in 3 x sticks of twinmos 3200 men

    and a asus g4 ti4600 128mb

    anyone can give me some info thanks

    Don't know whether it's been sorted with a BIOS update, but the P4S800D only allowed +0.1V on the Vcore on release and didn't clock too well either in the reviews I saw.

    Either way, you want to be using either 2 or 4 sticks of RAM otherwise you'll force whichever you use into single channel memory mode.

    The p4p800 should be ok for 250fsb+ I've seen reviews where they got them upto 280mhz, so I'd see how far it'll go before splashing out on a new board

    P4C800 is ment to be the best for clocking ... my P4P800 got 250Mhz stable.

    What about the lanparty pro875b ?
    I've seen some very good reviews of this, mine arrives shortly as well
