    So I upgraded my fans...

And I am happy now! I am not going to say what I put to keep my advisors happy, but thanks for all your time.

The only thing I can hear in the case now is the hard drives (which I am working on)

    AND

The PSU, now this has to change, it is a Cooler Master Real Power M520W, so upgrade time!

What is the best these days?

    Be Quiet PSU? Corsair?

Want something higher than 520W, preferably around 650w+ and silent

You won't need anything higher than a 500w for what you are currently running.

Corsair, Be Quiet, Nexus PSUs are all quality and very quiet.

I don't think what I have can do X-Fire due to having too low a wattage, I think 650W would.

    Any comparisons of the 3?

The BeQuiet seems to be liked by alot of people on the internet

+1 for be quiet all the way. i stuck my ear next to it just to try to hear if it makes any sound at all and unfortunately i couldn't discern any noise above the 1000rpm case fans supplied with my aurora 3d case. it also comes in luxury packaging which was the last thing i expected when i ordered a psu. all in all the bequiet has satisfied everything i thought a psu could satisfy and more...
