Thermaltake have a new mini ITX case called the Element Q.
Retail price is around USD59. It's basically a clone of the Apex MI-008, a review of that case can be found on silentpcreview.
It's not a bad case especially if you want to use a 5.25" optical drive, but with only a 4cm height clearance for the cpu heatsink, it seriously limits your choice of board (although perfect for an Atom build). But the review suggests you could remove the psu entirely, replace it with a picopsu and install a decent hsf in its place which is also a great idea.
