It apears my audio driver is ver 5.10.2920.0 which seems wrong. Should I install these?

Yeah just installed these... To me newer is better, so I don't hesitate with new updates, etc.

Yeah the Soundstorm utility is new and sexier, but how do you get it to test the channels like on the old one? You know, "front left" "front right", "rear left", etc?

I used it last night I remember but I cant remember how the heck I did it, it might do it when you change your speaker setup to 5.1

I've come to the conclusion that the new audio control panel sucks.

Where's the option to swap between analog and digital outputs? Easily change the speaker settings without having to do the silly wizard? Hmmm

lol, can't please everyone, i had it months ago before i bought my Audigy2ZS as i often get early drivers (can't say anything more please don't question me). I thought it was pretty good personally, definitely a very nice looking utility and it did everything i required of it, certain bits of functionality may be missing though because if the user wants it and it's not there it should be...
