Are there any tools to see whats loading it if anything apart from the Task Manager? I have swapped the graphics card out but that didnt make a difference.
You can change the fan settings in the BIOS or use XPC Tools. Of course this means the internal temperature of the components will also rise. The major noise contributor IMHO are the two 60mm system fans at the back. You could always replace the fans with better ones but this will also invalidate your warranty.

As was said.
BIOS is your best option.
I think there is a SMART fan setting in the BIOS. Thats what I would go for to begin with, unless its already set to that.
Let us know how you get on.
