    HFX Micro NAS/Gaming system

    Hi guys,

Just ordered my HFX Micro it will be here tomorrow just thought i would post up my specs etc, pics will follow later tomorrow. Its going to be used for light gaming and as a NAS at a later date adding one of these :

    http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1253.html

    Motherboard : Commell LV-67B
    Ram: Kingston DDR3 HyperX 1066MHZ SO-DIMM
    CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 2.53/1066/6MB
GFX : Sapphire HD4670 (Looking for something else)
    Case : HFX Micro M2
    Cooling : HFX Borg
    DVD-RW : Optiarc 7670S
HDD: Seagate 120gb 5400.2 (just temporary)
    Power Supply : FSP 150w AC-DC, PICO 150wDC-DC

Note i have done extensive tests on the psu the rig tops out at around 90w currently which should be fine for the pico itx psu, ill also be swapping the gfx card out for a low profile one of some kind most likely a GT220.

    comments welcome

Edit: due to the crap quality of the case ive RMAed it so im sticking with the cubit.

Sorry to learn it. I agree that the HFX mCubed case is a combination of good quality and craps.

Yea i thought that, the one i ordered was mishapen meaning once it was placed on a flat surface it would wobble, the screw heads inside the case were stripped right out of the box, the borg heatpipe cooler was mising the S shape pipe and one of the L shape pipes had a huge dent making it misshaped (manufactured wrong), i was disappointed but then i realised i already have a great case.
