    CompactFlash reader for Win7 64-bit?

Hello, I am in need of a USB CompactFlash reader for Windows 7 64-bit, since Canon has no drivers for my camera. Could someone please recommend a reader that would work?

Also, a related question: If a flash reader says that it is "Mass Storage" compliant, but does not specifically list Windows Vista or Windows 7, do you think that would work?

    Thank you

yes a 'mass storage' compliant device would use the same drivers as a flash drive

    ^ Cool

I have only found one Mass Storage flash reader though, and it's discontinued

    Simpletech STI-UCF100

Fibb, I posted before I saw your post. Thanks, but that one seems to be discontinued as well :/

Re: CompactFlash reader for Win7 64-bit?

I highly recommend the Lexar Professional UDMA CompactFlash and SD card reader.

    http://www.google.co.uk/products/cat...887&sa=title#p

It's a simple mass storage card reader, but it is very fast if you have fast memory cards. That Tesco one has got me out of a bind before when I forgot my card reader, but it is frustratingly slow. The Lexar will happily copy your photos off at 20MB/sec or more. I['ve had cheap card readers that struggle to do 2MB/sec.
