I am buying a new case to replace my very old Antec Plusview 1000AMG
I am looking at the Coolermaster CM-690 Dominator Case

Is that a good choice for the £60 mark?
Thanks.

I would say so yes, i've had mine for a good few months now and have found it brilliant, especially the tool free access and space for 5 additional fans (though 1 of those is made redundant by using a large processor cooler and another is on the back behind the board blowing onto the chipset).
No problems with it, airflow is good once you've added extra fans and the build quality is fantastic. Hope this helps
Using one here and it's great.
One small thing i would say is the fan on the side can make the side vibrate and cause a noise. To counter this i just lowered the speed on it (in thr bios) and it's be fine since.
Lot's of space and good cable tidying.
Coolermaster CM-690 Dominator Case is good choice, my cousin having it and works really fine. Go for it.
Scan also have the case on today only for £50 (scroll down until you get to Coolermaster and it's in there).
I'd buy it there and now to be honest.
And if you still not sure here's a review of it from Hexus
Or try to track down the version of this case with the window in the side panel or buy it seperately.
People have also had issues with the grill/hex mesh on the side panel adding a noise to the fans.
basically the air getting sucked through the grill makes the fan sound louder, so the same fan used on the top or rear will not sound so loud.
The window side panel replaces the upper side panel fan grill with a curveing window and the lower fan has a far improved grill.
Only place I can find it from now is the EU Coolermaster parts shop (in holland)

Sounds like a good buy, ill go for it.
One thing to note about this case it that there's not a lot of space above the motherboard, once you've got top fans in it can be quite tight to try to run the motherboard eps cable up to plug it in.
And fit the cpu cooler (esp if it's a large one) outside of the case then lower it all in, rather than putting the motherboard in then trying to fit the cooler.
Also this case can use 140mm fans in the top, so I'd consider getting some instead of 120mm fans for the top ;)
Hmmmm ok good tips, thanks mate.
Have used this case in the past, great case to work with.
Thanks very much guys, with my free delivery and that offer I actually payed £48 lol
SUPERB!
Also true of my Antec 300. Mounted the CPU and Cooler outside the case, then dropped the whole thing in. There's sod all room in the top corner to get your fingers in.
Cards etc were done with the board in place.
