Bout as good as you will get, you could shave a few pounds off, debatable as to whether it is worth it though.
This psu for example, still a decent psu but £8-9 cheaper.

Re: New Gaming PC Build - £400
you sure that psu is enough to run a 4850? wont it be best to go at around 500w just to be on the safe side and offer the OP the option to upgrade there 4850 card to a more power hungry card in the future or to add more hdd's if need be?
Re: New Gaming PC Build - £400
The HX450 can run an HD4870 easily and has a pair of PCI-E power connectors.
Another PSU to consider is the 500w OCZ Mod XStream Pro:

Would it be possibly worth spending more money on the motherboard and getting a cheaper PSU say £25 for PSU, or would you definately recommend something more expensive ?

If you are only going to be running a single graphics card the 770 based motherboard I recommended will be more than enough and has 8+2 phase power for the CPU meaning that you could plonk in a compatible quad core at a later date.
If you want a comparable motherboard with integrated graphics then the following 785G one is also decent:

Also do not skimp on the PSU as the Corsair and OCZ PSUs I have recommended are decent ones and have modular cabling meaning less cable clutter inside the case.
