Question Fan for a Thermalright SP-94

I'm thinking of buying a Thermalright SP-94 cooler for my P4, but before I do, what fan should I be buying for it? Does it matter how much air the fan pushes through? Or could I pick any fan I wanted? If possible I'd like a fan with LEDs in it Thanks for your help!
