    SG03 - Graphics card cooling

With Win7 coming out next month, I've decided that end of Oct/beginning of Nov would be a good idea for me to upgrade. I would like a smaller system, so I'm looking at the SG03. This is my shoppping list so far: -

    Silverstone SG03-S
520W Corsair HX Series Modular PSU
    Intel Core i5 750
    Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD4
    4GB (2x2GB) Corsair XMS3 Dominator DDR3, PC3-12800 (1600)
    Corsair Cooling™ Hydro Series H50
    80GB Intel MLC-Flash, 2.5" SSD

Total is about £735. My plan so far is to mount the H50 at the front, and to modify the PSU cables myself to make them the right length for the case (I have the facilities at work to do this properly ).

But I'm still not sure how best to cool a graphics card in this system. I could just keep the standard cooler on it and have it blow out of the back, but it's generally noisy and not that efficient. Ideally, I would want some sort of heatsink that mounted at right angles, so I could put a fan or two in the side of the case to cool it, but I haven't seen anything that allows that (like a cross between the HR 11 and the Accelero). My other idea is to not bother with a DVD drive, and to mount a 240 rad on the top and to watercool the card. It would also help expel hot air at the top of the case as well. Chances are I might put a blow hole on top regardless of whether I go watercooling or not.

    So, anyone any better ideas/suggestions?

Forgot to mention the graphics card. At the moment I'm waiting to see what the new DX11 cards are like for performance/cost. Otherwise I'll transfer my HD4870 across.

I have an SG03, but I can't say I can recommend it, it vibrates heavily, the screwheads on the side retention bracket strip very easily (and they're bevelled, so they're hard to get out when the screws do strip), and the HDD retainers block any kind of airflow so heat is dissipated very slowly. It's not a horrible case, but it could have been done a lot better. But my 4870 fit in it.. with not a great deal of room to spare.

What makes yours vibrate so much?
